PUDDING

INGREDIENTS
Serves 6
2 large eggs, beaten 2 cups milk 1/2 cup granulated sugar Pinch of salt 3/4 cup Grape Nuts cereal Whipped cream, for serving

ttfttttfftfttfttfPREPARATION 1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Butter a 1-quart casserole dish.
2. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk and sugar. Season with salt. Stir in the cereal. Pour into the pre- pared casserole dish and bake for
1 hour or until the custard is firm. Chill completely.
3. To serve, spoon custard into bowls and top with whipped cream.
