PREPARATION
1. To make the kugel, preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a 9- by 13-inch baking pan.
2. In a pot of boiling water, cook the egg noodles for half the amount of time called for in the instructions on the package. Drain well, transfer to a large bowl and toss with the margarine until melted.
3. In a blender, combine the eggs, cottage cheese, yo- gurt, cream cheese, cinna- mon, nutmeg, vanilla, sugar and salt and blend on me- dium speed until combined. Pour the mixture into the bowl with the noodles and stir until well coated. Stir in the raisins, lemon juice and peaches until combined. Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan.
4. To make the topping, in a small bowl, combine the bread crumbs, cinnamon and brown sugar. Sprinkle over the noodle mixture.
5. Bake, uncovered, until the topping is browned and the kugel is set, 40 to 45 min-
utes.
