Easy Cookies

“This is a recipe I got from my mother-in-law. The cookies are very tasty and easy to make. I usually make it with devil’s food cake mix.” Donna DeSousa
INGREDIENTS
Makes about 72 cookies
1 package cake mix (any flavor)
1 (8-ounce) container Cool Whip
1 large egg, lightly beaten Confectioners’ sugar
PREPARATION
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. In a bowl, stir together the cake mix, Cool Whip and egg.
3. Put confectioners’ sugar in a shallow bowl. Form the dough into balls and roll in the confectioners’ sugar. Place on ungreased cookie sheets.
4. Bake until the cookies are set, 10 to 12 minutes. Trans- fer the cookies to wire racks and let cool completely.
