Mike’s PB Cups

“These are my son Michael’s favorite cookies at Christmas. Quick and easy!”

INGREDIENTS Makes 40 cookies
1 package Betty Crocker peanut butter cookie dough mix, plus ingredients specified on package instructions
40 Reese’s mini peanut butter cups
PREPARATION
1. Line a mini muffin pan with foil mini muffin cups.
2. Make the peanut butter cookie dough according
to the instructions on the package. Drop the dough by the spoonful into the prepared muffin cups, filling each about three-fourths full.
3. Bake according to the in- structions on the package for regular cookies.
4. While the cookies are in the oven, unwrap the peanut butter cups. When the cookies are done, immedi- ately press a peanut butter cup in each cookie. Transfer the pan to a wire rack and let cool, then re- move the foil muffin
cups from the pan.
