Homemade Microwave Fudge

“Don’t be afraid to try new recipes, the worst that can happen is, ‘you’ll have to eat them yourself.’”
INGREDIENTS Serves 8
1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (12-ounce) bag semisweet chocolate chips
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
1 cup walnuts (optional)
PREPARATION
1. Pour the condensed milk into a microwave-safe bowl and stir well. Stir in the chocolate chips and microwave on high for
2 minutes. Stir until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is well blended. Stir in the vanilla and walnuts,
if desired.
2. Pour the fudge into a greased 8-inch square pan and refrigerate until set, 2 to 3 hours. Cut into 1-inch squares.
