Corn Pudding

INGREDIENTS
Serves 6 to 8
1⁄2 cup (8 tablespoons) unsalted butter 1 (15-ounce) can creamed corn
1 (15-ounce) can whole kernel corn
1 (8.5-ounce) package corn bread mix 1 (8-ounce) container sour cream
PREPARATION
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Add the butter to a 9 1⁄2 - by 11-inch baking dish and place in the oven until melted.
3. Remove the baking dish from the oven and stir in the creamed corn, whole kernel corn, corn bread mix and sour cream until well mixed.
4. Bake until a knife inserted near the center of the pudding comes out clean, about 30 minutes.
