4. Continue breading the remaining chick- en, lining them up in a single layer in the baking dish(es). (You may need to add more crumbs to the bowl to ensure that each breast is properly coated.)
5. Place one piece of butter on top of each chicken breast. (There will be some butter left over.) Season with the seasoned salt and pepper.
6. Cover tightly with foil and bake for 40 to 45 minutes. Remove the foil and bake uncovered, until topping is golden brown and crisp, 10 to 15 minutes more.
