6. Add the butternut squash. Cover and bake until the chicken and vegetables are tender, about 1 hour.
7. Stir in the prunes and apricots and bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes. Move the chicken pieces to the top of the stew and bake for 15 minutes more.
MORE Ingredients
1 small or 1⁄2 medium butternut squash, peeled, seeded and cut into 2-inch chunks
1 handful dried prunes
1 handful dried Turkish apricots
