7. Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Bake until the cake pulls away from the sides of the pan and springs back when the top is touched, about 1 hour 30 minutes.
8. Let the cake cool completely in the pan before inverting it onto a serving platter.
9. Melt the remaining 3 ounces of chocolate chips and stir in the cream or coffee until smooth. Brush the glaze on top of the cake.
