Special Sahu Mango Lassi

Preparation
1. In a blender, combine the mango pulp, fresh mango, milk, yogurt and ice and blend on high speed until smooth. Taste and add sugar, if needed.
2. Serve chilled, garnished with mint leaves, if desired.

1⁄2 cup mango pulp (preferably deep mango)
1 cup cubed peeled fresh mango
1 1⁄2 cups milk
1⁄3 cup plain yogurt 2 cups ice
Sugar, if needed
Fresh mint leaves, for garnish (optional)
