As soon as I added the chocolate chips to this recipe, our kids looked forward to it. Sometimes a little chocolate makes all the difference!
INGREDIENTS
1 3⁄4 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1⁄2 tsp. baking soda
Pinch of salt
3⁄4 cup of sugar
2 eggs
2 mashed overripe bananas 1⁄2 cup canola oil
3⁄4 cup chocolate chips
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 350˚ F.
2. Sift and mix the dry ingredients.
3. Add rest of ingredients and mix well.
4. Pour into loaf pan that has been lightly greased and floured.
5. Bake for about 50 minutes, let pan cool on rack. When cooled remove bread from pan. Enjoy!
