Easy, nutritious, no mess and delicious!
INGREDIENTS
2 cloves chopped garlic
2 tbsp. olive oil
1- 14 1⁄2 oz. can of chicken broth
1⁄2 box penne pasta
1⁄2 bag of fresh baby spinach chopped 12 sundried tomatoes chopped
1 1⁄2 cups milk
Salt
Black pepper
Parmesan cheese
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Pour broth and milk into deep frying pan with lid. Add pasta. Make sure pasta is covered with liquid. Bring to a boil.
2. Add all other ingredients. Cover, simmer for about 12 minutes. Stir occasionally, making sure it does not stick.
3. Add salt and pepper to taste and more Parmesan. Try not to eat it all right out of the pan!
