This recipe is so special to me because my daughter is such a dedicated athlete and helps me every day to be a healthier person. She’s my inspiration!! This dish is just as satisfying as it is good.
INGREDIENTS
2 large handfuls of spinach 1 lb. ground turkey
Olive oil as needed
1⁄2 tsp. garlic powder
1⁄2 tsp. onion powder
1⁄2 tsp. red pepper flakes 1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. salt
Pasta (we use Gemelli)
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Sauté spinach in olive oil and a pinch of garlic powder set aside.
2. Brown ground turkey in olive oil and separate into small pieces; add spices and mix well.
3. Add spinach and cooked pasta.
4, Sprinkle with Parmesan to taste. Enjoy!
