This is a quick, easy and delicious recipe that can be made for a dinner or party. It is definitely a long-time and frequently requested favorite at our home.
INGREDIENTS
4-5 lb. chicken wings, drumsticks, party wings or a combination of all three 3 cups corn flakes, crushed
1 cup plain bread crumbs
1 tbsp. Goya adobo all-purpose seasoning without pepper
2 tsp. paprika
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat the oven to 350˚ F.
2. In a large bowl, rinse chicken pieces thoroughly in cold water and set to side.
3. In a separate large bowl, pour corn flake crumbs and crush with a potato masher or fork to a fine grainy texture.
4. Add bread crumbs, Adobo seasoning and paprika to the corn flake crumbs and mix together.
5. Dip and roll chicken pieces in the corn flake crumb mixture. Place chicken pieces closely together into 9 x 13 baking pan.
6. Spread some of the remaining crumbs over the chicken.
7. Cover with aluminum foil.
8. Cook for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
