INGREDIENTS
COLD DOG
1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding mix
1 pt. whipping cream 1 tbsp. vanilla
4 tsp. powdered sugar
1 box graham crackers (regular, not cinnamon)
1 Prepare pudding; set aside.
2 Pour whipping cream into mixer bowl. Add vanilla and sugar. Using whisk tool, mix on high until stiff peaks form.
3 Using a 9x12-inch pan, layer pan with graham crackers. Layer half the pudding over crackers. Place a second layer of crackers over pudding, then top with whipped cream.
4 Repeat previous step. You can sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over the top if desired.
5 Refrigerate until ready to serve. (It is better when it chills for a couple of hours before serving.)
Serves 9-12.
