DEATH BY CHOCOLATE
INGREDIENTS
1 box brownie mix
(I use Ghiardelli Double Chocolate Brownie Mix)
3 pkg. JELL-O chocolate mousse instant pudding
1 8 oz. bar Hershey’s Symphony chocolate bar
1 1⁄2 cups cold heavy cream
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 Prepare brownie mix as directed on package. Let cool completely, then cut into small pieces.
2 Prepare chocolate mousse as directed on package.
3 Cut Symphony bar into slivers.
4 Whisk together cream, sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
5 In large bowl, layer half the brownie pieces, half the mousse, half of the whipped cream and half of the chocolate pieces. Repeat the layers. Top with strawberries
if desired.
