MOM TIGHE’S FAMOUS CHOCOLATE CHIP BANANA BREAD
INGREDIENTS
3 eggs
3 very ripe bananas
2/3 cup vegetable or canola oil
1/3 cup water
1 13-25 oz. box golden yellow cake mix
1 5.1 oz. box banana cream instant pudding mix
1 12 oz. pkg mini semisweet chocolate chips
1 Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 6 mini 3 loaf pans with nonstick cooking
spray.
2 Mix together eggs, bananas, oil and water with hand mixer for about 1 minute. Add cake mix, pudding mix and chocolate chips. Mix well.
Pour batter into loaf pans. Bake approximately 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in bread comes out clean.
Serves 6 colleges students or 3 really hungry ones.
