PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE
INGREDIENTS
2 cups white sugar
2/3 cup milk
1 cup marshmallow
1 cup smooth peanut butter
1 Combine sugar and milk in a saucepan. Boil the mixture until it has reached a soft ball stage, then bring to 235°F and remove from heat.
2 Add marshmallow and peanut butter to mixture. Mix together and then pour into a buttered pan. Refrigerate overnight.
Serves 16.
