TOFU PUDDING DESSERT (TAU FU FA)
INGREDIENTS
1⁄2 cup soy milk
3-5 cubes hard rock sugar 5-6 tbsp. silken tofu
1 Add soy milk to a small bowl. Set aside.
2 In a pot on the stove, melt hard rock sugar.
3 Stir the silken tofu into the bowl of soy milk. Add the hard rock sugar and stir.
