EASY SALAD DRESSING
INGREDIENTS
3 tbsp. olive oil
1 clove garlic, pressed or minced
1 tbsp. white or red wine vinegar
1 tsp. Dijon mustard 1⁄2 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. sugar
1⁄2 tsp. fine sea salt
1⁄4 tsp. freshly cracked black pepper
Whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl, or shake all ingredients together vigorously in a sealed jar. Serve immediately.
