INGREDIENTS
TACO SALAD
2 lb. hamburger
2 1 oz. packets taco seasoning
1-1 1⁄2 heads iceberg lettuce
4-5 medium tomatoes
1 11 oz. bag tortilla chips
16-24 oz. Thousand Island dressing
1 Cook hamburger until it is no longer pink. Drain off fat.
2 Add taco seasoning and follow directions on the packet. Set aside.
3 Chop lettuce and tomatoes and place in large bowl. Break up tortilla chips into smallish pieces and add to bowl.
4 Add burger mixture and dressing to bowl and mix until combined. Best served when hamburger is still warm.
Serves 8-10.
