INGREDIENTS
2 cups packaged stuffing
2 onions, chopped, divided
2 ribs celery, chopped
2 tbsp. butter, divided 4-5 carrots, chopped 4-5 potatoes, sliced thin
4 bone-in pork chops Salt and pepper, to taste 1 cup water

BAKED PORK CHOPS
1 Prepare stuffing according to package direction.
2 Sauté 1 onion and celery in 1 tbsp. butter. Add to stuffing mix.
3 Butter large baking dish with remaining butter. Layer potato slices in bottom of dish. Layer carrots and remaining onion over potatoes.
4 Season pork chops with salt and pepper and place on top of vegetables. Pour water into pan and cover pan with aluminum foil.
5 Bake for 1 hour at 400°F. Check pan occasionally and add water if needed. After 1 hour, remove foil and bake another 10 minutes.
Serves 4.
