HEARTY TUNA BISCUIT PIE
INGREDIENTS
1 10.5 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
1⁄2 cup milk
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 5 oz can tuna, drained and flaked
1 10 oz. pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, cook & drained
6 refrigerated biscuits, cut in half
1 tbsp. melted butter or margarine
Parmesan cheese, as needed
1 In a 7-inch square baking dish, blend soup, milk and juice until smooth. Stir in tuna and vegetables.
2 Bake at 450°F for 10 minutes. Stir mixture, then top with a border of biscuits.
3 Brush biscuits with butter and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake 8 minutes more, until biscuits are browned.
Serves 4.
