BREADED CAULIFLOWER POLISH STYLE
INGREDIENTS
1 head cauliflower, bro- ken into florets
1⁄4 cup butter
3 tbsp. breadcrumbs Salt, to taste
1 Boil cauliflower until soft.
2 In pan, melt butter. Add bread crumbs and cook until browned.
3 Drain cauliflower and add to pan to lightly coat. Salt and enjoy.
