INGREDIENTS
1 pkg. tofu
1⁄2 cup cornstarch
1 tbsp. olive oil
1⁄4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp. chili garlic sauce 1 tbsp. rice vinegar
1 1⁄2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. sesame oil
1⁄2 tsp. sesame seeds Fresh parsley, to garnish

CHILI GARLIC TOFU
1 Using a tofu press, press the tofu. Coat tofu with cornstarch and olive oil and toss.
2 Air fry tofu for 15 minutes at 370°F.
3 Combine soy sauce, chili garlic sauce, brown sugar and ginger in
a pan and bring to a boil. Simmer for 1 minute. Add sesame oil and tofu and cook, stirring, for 1 minute.
4 Top with sesame seeds and parsley.
Serves 5.
