GUACAMOLE
4 avocadoes
1/3 cup chopped onion
1/3 cup chopped tomatoes 1⁄4 cup chopped cilantro 1⁄4 cup chopped jalapenos 1 tsp. minced garlic
INGREDIENTS
1 tsp. freshly squeezed lime juice
1⁄2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1⁄2 tsp. cayenne pepper 1⁄2 tsp. cumin
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
Serves 5.
