INGREDIENTS
Serves 4
1 jalapeño, stemmed, roughly chopped 1 roma tomato, roughly chopped
1⁄2 large yellow onion, roughly chopped 1 (8-ounce) can tomato sauce
1⁄2 to 1 teaspoon salt 1 clove garlic
Juice of 1 lime
Fresh cilantro leaves
PREPARATION
1. Place the jalapeño, tomato, onion, tomato sauce, salt, garlic, lime juice and cilantro in a small food processor. Pulse until desired texture is achieved.
