You won’t believe these rich chocolatey goodness cookies are actually healthy! Don’t miss out....
INGREDIENTS
12-16 pitted dates soaked in water for 4-6 hours 1 cup of your favorite nuts toasted
3⁄4 tbsp. raw cacao powder
1 tbsp. cold-pressed organic coconut oil
1⁄2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
1⁄4 cup of your favorite from any of these (for coating):
a) peanut butter powder, b) coconut flakes, c) cocoa powder, d) crushed nuts, or e) cinnamon
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Set aside the coating ingredient(s).
2. Combine all other ingredients on the list into a blender to form a thick paste. Ensure it’s well mixed.
3. Using a teaspoon, scoop a portion of the paste and roll into a ball. (Note: You can use a table spoon if you want larger cookies.)
4. Roll the ball in the chosen coating. Repeat process until paste is used and cookies are coated.
5. Set the cookies on waxed paper in a food storage container.
6. Let set for 2-3 hours before eating.
