It’s a great dessert any time of year and the family enjoys it!
INGREDIENTS
4-5 ripe peaches
4 tbsp. butter, melted
1⁄2 cup oats
1⁄2 cup flour
1⁄3 cup brown sugar packed
2 sprinkles of cinnamon
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 375˚ F.
2. Peel and slice peaches about 1⁄2” thick. Spread in pie plate.
3. Melt butter and pour into small, mixing bowl.
4. Add oats, brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon and mix well so mixture becomes crumbly.
5. Spread this topping over peaches in pie plate.
6. Bake for 35-40 minutes until peaches are soft and topping is crisp and lightly browned.
7. Can be enjoyed as is or served with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream. Can also be made using 2-3 cups of blueberries instead of peaches.
