1 Dry roast all the spices for the dabeli masala until fragrant.
Grind them to a fine powder using
a spice grinder or mortar and pestle. Set aside.
2 To make the filling, heat some oil in a pan. Add onions and sauté
untll golden brown
3 Add potatoes, dabeh masala chutney, peanuts and salt. Mlx well and cook for 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
4 Slice buns horizontally, but do not slice all the way through.
Spread butter on the insides of the buns. Toast on a griddle until lightly crisp.
5 Spread a generous portion of filling inside each bun. Garnish with chopped onion, coriander leaves, sev and pomegranate
