INGREDIENTS
Crust:
4 cups flour, divided
2 cups sugar, divided
2 sticks butter, divided
Mix together remaining flour, sugar and butter. Crumble mixture over top of blueberries.
Bake at 350°F for 1 hour, until the corners bubble and top crust is golden brown.

BLUEBERRY CRISP
Filling:
3 lbs. fresh blueberries 1/2 cup sugar
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1 Mix together blueberries, sugar, and cinnamon. Set aside.
2 Mix together 2 cups flour, 1 cup sugar and 1 stick butter with pastry blender until the mixture forms beads.
3 Pack dough firmly on bottom of baking dish to form a crust.
4 Pour blueberry mixture over dough.
