INGREDIENTS
1⁄2 cup salted butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg
3⁄4 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder 1 1⁄2 cups flour
3 large bananas, mashed

BANANA BREAD
1 Cream butter and sugar until light 3 and fluffy. Beat in egg.
2 Sift together dry ingredients. Mix dry ingredients and bananas into wet mixture.
Pour into 3 greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350°F for 45-50 minutes; test for doneness before removing from oven.
