Nacho Dip

INGREDIENTS Serves 8 to 10
1 pound ground beef
1 package (1.25 ounces) taco seasoning
3⁄4 cup water
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (16-ounce) jar mild or medium salsa
8 ounces cheddar cheese, grated
Tortilla chips, for serving
PREPARATION
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Inaskilletovermedium-high heat, cook the ground beef (do not use any oil), stirring frequently, until browned, about 10 minutes. Drain off the fat, then add the taco seasoning and water. Cook, stirring occasionally, until most of the water has evap- orated, 10 to 15 minutes.
3. Spread the cream cheese on the bottom of an 8-inch square baking dish. Top with the ground beef mixture and then the salsa. Sprinkle with the cheese.
4. Bake until the cheese is melted, 25 to 30 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips
